We do not charge a service fee on our daily rates, which already include the ISS 5% tax (a municipal sales tax on services).
Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.
The inn requires a minimum of 02 (two) nights per accommodation, except on holidays – as they have a specific minimum of nights.
We only receive children from 10 (ten) years old as a safety measure, since the facilities are not prepared for minors of such age.
CANCELLATION POLICY | MODIFICATION – COVID-19
(Law No. 14.046, dated August 24th, 2020, with wording given by Law 14.186/2021, and amended by Provisional Measure No. 1.101/2022)
The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority; therefore, due to the constant changes and unpredictability related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a new Cancellation Policy to provide more flexibility regarding reservations.
– In case of impossibility of arrival on the reserved date, the inn must be notified at least 30 days before the check-in date. In this case, it will be possible to rebook the dates at no cost. Such conditions were thought in accordance with § 2 of Art. 2 of Law No. 14.046/2020.
– Deadlines shorter than those indicated in § 3 of Art. 2 of Law No. 14.046/2020 will be considered a no-show, and the inn is released from any form of refund.
– If the rebooking service is not requested within the period stipulated in § 1 or is not framed in one of the cases provided for in § 2 of Art. 2 of Law No. 14.046/2020, it will not be possible to refund the amount paid.
– In case of unavailability to arrive, a voucher for the full amount already paid for the reservation must be requested, which can be used within 12 (twelve) months (from January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2022) after the cancellation request (items I and II of Art. 2 of Law No. 14.046/2020).
– For cancellations due to State of Public Calamity, restrictive policies, or isolation due to the pandemic, the situation of unforeseeable circumstances and/or force majeure must be proven.
– If cancellation due to the pandemic is proven, and the inn is unable to offer the permissives contained in Art. 2, items I and II (Law no. 14.046/2020), the refund may be made until December 31st, 2023, according to the term contained in §6, item II, of the same article. Therefore, in case of postponement or rebooking motivated by the pandemic – restrictive measures and/or health problems resulting from COVID-19 infection – the deadlines for using the voucher will be until December 31st, 2022. For cancellation requests based on the pandemic in which the consumer chose not to rebook or accept the letter of credit for use until December 31st, 2022, the refund shall be made by the inn until December 31st, 2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY | MODIFICATION – STANDARD
(Law no. 16.559, dated January 15th, 2019 – Art. 112)
For cases not covered by the calamity situation caused by COVID-19, deadlines and fines on cancellation and/or postponements listed below must be observed. Such circumstances must be notified in writing to the agency responsible for booking the inn by e-mail: [email protected].
– No fine will be charged in case of reservation cancellation if it is notified 60 (sixty) days before the check-in date (§ 1 of Art. 112 of Law No. 16.559/2019).
– In cases of cancellation made less than 60 (sixty) days and more than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date, the fine charged will be 50% (fifty percent) of the total value of the reservation (§ 2 of Art. 112 of Law No. 16.559/2019).
– In cases of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less before the check-in date, the fine charged will be 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total value of the reservation (§ 3 of Art. 112 of Law No. 16.559/2019).
– In case of no-show without prior notice of cancellation, a fine of 100% (one hundred percent) of the full value of the reservation shall be charged (§ 7 of Art. 112 of Law No. 16.559/2019).
– For reservations requested with less than 29 (twenty-nine) days before check-in, the cancellation period without charges is 07 (seven) days after confirmation. If this deadline is exceeded, a fine of 100% of the value of the booked period shall be applied.
– In case of reservation payment, the amount advanced must be refunded and deducted from the fine within 07 (seven) business days after the confirmation of the cancellation (§ 4 of art. 112 of Law No. 16.559/2019).
Observations: In case of reservation payment via credit card, the inn reserves the right to deduct from the amount to be refunded the costs of the fees charged by the card administrators, as well as any costs of international transfers. These cancellation policies are not valid for the New Year’s Eve package. For information on New Year’s Eve, please contact our reservation department.
CANCELLATION POLICY | MODIFICATION – HOLIDAYS
– Cancellation/modification up to 60 days before check-in: total refund of the deposited amount.
– Cancellation/modification up to 55 days before check-in: fine of 15% of the deposited amount.
– Cancellation/modification up to 40 days before check-in: fine of 25% of the deposited amount.
– Cancellation/modification up to 30 days before check-in: fine of 50% of the deposited amount.
– Cancellation/modification in less than 30 days before check-in: fine of 100% of the deposited amount.
